The thing about antisemitism is that it is built into the DNA to western civilisation. Both for Jews and non-Jews alike. However well meaning the person, it sometimes it comes out to play.
It why moderate people can be caught out due to dormant ignorance rather than malice.

But within the extreme wings of politics there is an unfortunate prevalence. On the far left it comes out so often that dormant ignorance can no longer be an excuse. On the far right its used as a badge of honour.

And this is why when centre right or centre left politicians do come out with tropes or say and do offensive things there is a hell of alot more willingness from Jews for forgiveness, contrition and education. Shame normally follows these individuals for themselves & among others

On the far left there is no longer any trust to forgive. This happens so often that it can no longer be excused by dormant thoughts or ignorance. It is a clear specific problem with a clear pattern from key individuals in leadership.
