here's a thread of how you can calm your self down when you're having attacks !! <33 I am doing this since I have been experimenting this attacks for a year already and yes this is how I calm myself down !!

i ain't an expert this is all based from my experiences so yeah bare with me please
okay so why I wanted to do this i because the first ever attack i experienced was so so intense even thought that almost d word
Okay so until now I still tend to have attacks but it's not that intense like last year where I get attacks literally every time I get overwhelmed by my emotions especially when sadness, stress, tiredness, + OVERTHINKING is my enemy like bruh that's hard !!
Okay first is take deep breaths, ihale, exhale, inhale, exhale, just breath calm down don't think that you're having attacks when u actually are having attacks, remove that from your head and think of happy thoughts and memories, seek for the brightest sides of some things !!
okay so y'all are probably familiar with this but if you're having a panic/anxiety attacks, do the 1,2,3,4,5 thingy

Think of the 5 things you can see
Then 4 things you can touch
Think of the 3 things you hear
Think of the 2 things u smell
And think of 1 thing u can taste
next !!! try listening to your fav songs !!! It'll help you calm down swear
next !!! If you're a kpop fan, and u have pictures of your bias/biases at your room or at the back of your phone case, just look at them, forget about those things that troubles you, just think of their name, their iconic moments, wise words, just think of them.
next !!! Think about your dreams in life !!! Like for example me, I wanna be a pediatrician, so I'll think about it like "you have to fight this, you're gonna be a *your dream* some day and you'll be successful and perfectly splendid" like that !!
next is, I think this'll be the last one but whenever your having attacks, just breathe okay? breath, start practicing breathing every day, that thing, having attacks? don't let it eat you, you're a beautiful human, I know you can fight that, cuz you're strong !!
