stores here on island really need to fix their customer service skills. today i witnessed someone shouting at an elderly and experienced it first hand when they wouldn’t sell me something because they think I don’t have money.
how can you guys be named “Store of the Month” when you judge people based on how they look and stare at everyone when they walk in?
you even asked me friend “are you paying with your stimulus check?” And believe it or not, that is a very rude question to ask cause you assumed that they’re relying solely on it. You guys need to get your shit together.
i can’t believe that your service was given an award and I can’t believe you guys were named “Store of the Month”. You guys judged me today, chased me out of your store because I was wearing shorts and flip flops? Because you think I don’t have money to pay for your product?
For some people I might sound petty but I just can’t believe that your company even allows people (who treats their customers like shit, shouts at them and judges them) to work as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. I can’t believe I witnessed and experienced this today.
lmk
to add on to my rant,
This store chased me out of their location yesterday and told me that they were gonna give me a call today regarding the product I was gonna buy. They didn’t call me! I’m not even surprised. They really think I don’t have money to pay for it

and for everyone’s information this store is: Docomo Pacific
I did not intend to start this thread/rant for me to sound like a Karen. But I really get offended yesterday and it was very degrading.
Lmk if you have negative experiences with them as well
