first of all, kiyotaka has a very strict rule to himself to always follow rules and guidelines. Whenever they are not followed, by him OR other people, he immediately gets somewhat unsettled. broken rules tend to unsettle autistic people
additionally, the biggest one, Volume control !! kiyotaka tends to shout a LOT, especially when enforcing rules. many autistic people do not realize when they are being loud. taka just shouts a lot because its what hes used to doing.
in his school mode ftes (which i will use since his ftes didnt last long in the main game), he expresses that he enjoys that hopes peak has order and rules. he states hes scared to go out into the real world because he doesnt know what to do without order.
-which tells us that he is discomforted by rules being broken OR just by the absence of rules.

in ultimate talent development plan, he encourages people to follow by the rules HE goes by. when hes playing shogi with celeste, taka makes sure to never gamble money because it& #39;d break his strict policy of following rules. (+more examples)

he also has a habit of needing to stick to good grades, and always succeeding. Whenever he cannot accomplish certain things, he immediately blames himself. which is common for autistic people; a lot of us are gifted and are used to succeeding, but shame ourselves for mistakes
also this is a small reason, but in his ftes in the main game, he basically infodumps to makoto! and, as we know, autistic people love infodumping about things theyre passionate about.
taka also gets immediately confused when makoto wants to & #39;talk normally& #39;. he wanted to discuss theories and opinions on economic things, etc, so he felt surprised and confused when makoto said a normal conversation instead!
+ more confusion and surprise when people dont do thins takas way. makoto says he does certain thigns for fun, but taka is extremely used to studying and doing things his own way; that he convinced himself everyone must do the same (and gets confused when hes told its for fun)
also he seems to struggle with social things, like many autistic people do! he struggles to make friends because he doesnt know how to keep a conversation with other people going.
