So, I got banned from a stream I found tonight just because I asked if they could turn their voice/game up a bit on their stream (they had no CC & it was on 100 for me) because I couldn’t hear well & they said to ‘learn to read their lips or gtfo with the can’t hear sh*t’. And I just want to say HUGE shout out to @ZombaeKillz and her community for being super accommodating tonight. I was scared to ask about volume too and she didn’t hesitate and raised her volume up. She’s freaking wonderful.

Just adding to this thread: I know this was a not the best encounter I ran across. But keep in mind streamers who are unable to add cc if they stream directly from console & have no PC. But for PC, in your settings there is a few extensions to add for CC.
