6) VERY IMPORTANT:

Registered voters can apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot online with a valid PA driver's license or photo I.D. from the PA Department of Transportation (PennDOT).

7) Once again an ID is required and a signature verification.

THIS IS THE DEMOCRATS WORSE NIGHTMARE:

They anticipate 100,000+ ballots being rejected because of the Naked Ballot rule that was upheld by the PA Supreme Court.

Seal your ballot in the white inner secrecy envelope that indicates official ballot. Do not place any marks on the white inner secrecy envelope.

Your ballot must be enclosed in the white inner secrecy envelope to be counted.

9) Seal the inner secrecy envelope in the pre-addressed outer return envelope. Complete, sign and date the voter’s declaration on the outside of the outer return envelope. 

If you do not sign the outer return envelope, your ballot will not be counted.

Nearly 70% of Democrats

10) have said they will be voting by mail compared to only 30% of Republicans and 47% of Independents. Guess which Party is going to get screwed by the Naked Ballot provision.
