if you were imprisoned by aliens and every day they opened up a package of "human food" and heated it up for you, what would you want "human food" to be?

this has been stuck in my head for weeks. i'll be sitting there like wait, why am i thinking about aliens feeding me again

i'm thinking chili con carne. beans in there, a couple kinds of vegetables, throw some rice right in the package like they do with soups that have rice in them... i'm pretty sure aliens could manufacture that no problem. i don't think they could mess it up too badly.
