When you follow a baseball team like we follow the Braves, the year is comprised of two very distinct sections: spring training through season end, and offseason. In the middle is a finite amount of transition time after the final out. Entering that space always feels weird.

we'll never forget for many reasons, including the Braves playoff run. I appreciate your tweets. I appreciate your messages. I appreciate you reading Braves Wire. I wish I could've met more of you in person, as I've done in seasons past. Mostly, thank you for sharing the ride ...
through another Braves season. From the seriousness to silliness, no better group than this one to be with for this latest chapter of Braves history. Catch your breath; try not to be too down. As I'm wont to say, and I know some of you hate it when I do this: we go from here.
I hope come April 9 we're all in Lot 29, inside Truist Park, hanging at The Battery, and saddling up for a ride that lasts five victories longer next autumn. Lots will happen between now and then; I'll be here every step of the way, as always. My love and blessings to all y'all!
