How& #39;s everyone doing? PD-wise, I& #39;ve been better but instead of whining about my #Parkinsons or 2020 woes here are 3 things I& #39;m currently grateful for:
1. This time last year I was really ill with my #IBD (UC) but after giving up meat on 1 Jan I haven& #39;t flared ALL YEAR https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="đŸ„ł" title="Partying face" aria-label="Emoji: Partying face">
2. 3. The kids continue to be my life force; they are beautiful and hilarious, growing, changing & learning (and such a handful but let& #39;s not digress for the purpose of this thread https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🙈" title="Nichts sehen-Affe" aria-label="Emoji: Nichts sehen-Affe">).
