How& #39;s everyone doing? PD-wise, I& #39;ve been better but instead of whining about my #Parkinsons or 2020 woes here are 3 things I& #39;m currently grateful for:
1. This time last year I was really ill with my #IBD (UC) but after giving up meat on 1 Jan I haven& #39;t flared ALL YEAR

2. Husband had cancer last year but is doing really well now, has since seriously taken up running and has entered the ballot for the marathon next year

3. The kids continue to be my life force; they are beautiful and hilarious, growing, changing & learning (and such a handful but let& #39;s not digress for the purpose of this thread
