SPOILERS V'S ROUTE AND AE:
I said I was going to rant about it, so I'm going to talk about a thing that really annoyed me regarding V.
He revealed some things about Rika and what she has done, except the secret about Ray/Saeran. (+)

When Seven asked him about this, he still decided to keep it a secret, which is stupid. He was already in trouble and almost everyone was already suspicious of him for hiding everything about Rika. So instead of just going clean about Ray as well, he just kept quite. (+)
We can say that he still believes in this "I don't want him to know what his brother have become" ideology, which is still stupid. Just hiding it makes it worse, because you're not helping that person to recover, you're just leaving him to suffer. (+)
He should've come clean at that moment, say that it's partially he's fault as well that Ray turned out like that, even if Rika is the most guilty out of it ofc. Seven would still be angry like in his own route, but he could've go and save Saeran, rescue him. (+)
I still think that V was so "blindly in love" (which he wasn't if u played his route) that the put as a priority to save Rika instead of saving Saeran first. He made a promise with Seven of taking care of the most precious thing to him, his brother. (+)
In all the other routes, whenever Seven asked about Saeran, or the Christmas DLC where he brought a present for him, told him to not ask about him, not even mention it, and Rika disposed of his present because he thought it would hurt Saeran. (+)
I just think that Saeran was so alone and desperate to know about his brother that just getting a present from him, to just know that he was alive and that he didn't forget him or stop loving him, It would've change a lot in him. (+)
Seven was in his total right to ask about his own brother, but they just didn't let him. And when he asked about it, V knew that Saeran was a victim, he knew that he could count on Seven to help him, he wasn't alone, but he still decided to keep it a secret. (+)
Yes, he did come back for Saeran in his ae, but that was after Saeran literally decided to kill himself because he felt he was completely alone. He lost MC, he lost his Savior, the only person he ever trusted, and decided to blow up along with the Mint Eye. (+)
And after all that V goes, IN SECRET AGAIN, to rescue Saeran. Seven felt so guilty about this, so guilty that he also wanted to kill himself after getting revenge for all this. V might have solved things in the end, but he did everything in such a wrong way. (+)
He says in the end that he changed, no more secrets, and then he goes in secret for two years to save Saeran, to convince Saeran to not kill Seven as soon as he sees him. We don't get to see how V handles everything in the end after the party. (+)
We barely listen about him through the cards with MC, meanwhile Rika gets all the blame in the ending. It just feels like we are pointing fingers to one person instead of two. Yes, V never knew that Rika would do such a thing, it's not his fault. (+)
But one thing is trying to solve everything by himself, and another thing is rescuing Saeran first and then try to remend his situation with Rika. (+)
That's about it, I ranted too much (T_T) Please understand that I do understand V and Rika's actions after all this, and I know about their past. I'll say some good things defending V later, about his relationship with his mom, so for that that's it 👉👈 Thx for reading ^^
