Answer ignores the question re guidance and instead focus is in making it easier. I will add details at the end which show the process for changing your legal sex is already lax and disregards women’s rights and interests.
I wish Lord Hunt was explicit about which group has been intimidated and no-platformed. It is #Women. Transgender people have avoided public debate because their ideology doesn’t stand up to public scrutiny. . Women are banned, intimidated & attacked. We are not the aggressors.

Has the Baroness read any of the guidance? It’s queer theory driven, sex denialism, and is in and of itself a safeguarding risk to kids. Particularly girls. All disregard the legal require that a for single sex facilities in schools. She is either poorly informed or complicit.
