A rant on Zac Taylor and coaching (will be a multi-twwet thread):
I know players play the games, but I& #39;m dropping the blame for this season squarely and 100% on coaching. Yesterday was a glaring example, but we& #39;ve seen it for nearly a year and a half now.....

Bad game plans, consistet repeats of errors, inability to close out games or win close ones. Yesterday was an epic failure by Zac Taylor and his staff. They got a lead, which was supposedly the game script they wanted, and it didn& #39;t matter. Playcalling still shit the bed...
They still gave up easy 3rd downs from ridiculous zone defenses. They still sat on the lead and played consecutively when it mattered. Nothing changes. Nobody is accountable. Thats the buzzword, the culture change. Zac Taylor was bringing accountability. Well, where is it?....
John Ross was held accountable, ok. But has anyone else? Bobby Hart wasn& #39;t even given competition this summer. Mike Thomas had 2 drops yesterday and hasn& #39;t really provided anything that anyone else couldn& #39;t. Will he be inactive for 3 weeks? He "knows the system"....
Jim Turner has not once, not ever, been a good OL coach. He& #39;s not accountable. He& #39;s Zac& #39;s buddy. Lou Anarumo called one of the worst games I& #39;ve ever seen defensively yesterday. Constant 3 man rushes and zone defenses that gave up 3rd down after 3rd down. Will he be accountable?..
I doubt it. Fact is, nothing has changed, nothing is better, nobody is accountable. They have talent. And any position that doesn& #39;t have talent, doesn& #39;t have it bc Zac Taylor let "his guys" tell him they didn& #39;t need anyone else. Accountability is just a word if you dont mean it..
