Go for the literal meaning of it which says every workforce comming together! But unity is always threat to abusers! Hence, system is devised in a way that all the parties would blame other ones and there is never a union even when it is "UNITED FORUM"!

Leaders devoting 10 hours daily is not! The ones who fight election are willingly taking the responsibility! If a leader is getting show cause notice or transfers it is not punishment! Leaders are supposed to "fight" and "struggle"

For the betterment of the ones they took pledge to serve! But then you cannot make old dog learn a new trick and they are thick skinned! So no matter what you say or do they will stick to their comfy chairs while showing they have fought tooth and nail for us!

Inside at ground level there are many good young leaders who are trying to do good but number of such people are less! They are always out numbered by the ones who are corrupt or scared of management and govt! For me I want to be least protected while I keep on fighting
