You fail to mention that the inclusion of antigen tests as of last Thursday doubled the testing/pos numbers overnight 2/11

You claim the number of positive tests (which you falsely call "cases") is indicative of the "seriousness" of the virus. But these numbers don't speak to seriousness whatsoever, b/c we know so little about them

How many of these ppl r actually sick or hospitalized FOR C19? 3/11

The "who" of who's actually sick also matters.

Why not acknowledge that the virus is NOT dangerous or serious for most people?

Also, do the positive tests each represent only one positive test for one person? IDPH doesn't say. Make them say. 4/11

You say deaths hv surpassed 9,100 (in 7 mo). What do you know about these deaths & when they occurred? 55% are in LTCFs. How do LTCF deaths w/COVID compare to LTCFs in other yrs?

Is IDPH's def of a C19 death is ethical? Are you ok w/accident & suicide deaths in the total? 5/11

You say 2,000+ ppl are in IL hospital beds with COVID.

Not true.

IDPH's hospital/ICU bed data shows "COVID Patients" - which included those w/confirmed pos tests & those awaiting results.

Why doesn't IDPH give the separate totals, like Chicago? 6/11

And why are you "concerned" about people in the hospital with COVID, when hospitals are nowhere close to overwhelmed - & have never been?

Where's your concern for kids whose schools are closed?
Or for the rise in overdoses & suicide?

2) Tell IDPH to publish
COVID deaths by day of death, like Cook & other counties do
Breakdown of confirmed & suspected COVID patients in hospitals
Statewide COVID hospitalizations

4) Speak out LOUDLY against kids being relegated to screen school.

Seems like you've forgotten that you work FOR the people.
