My grandfather used to tell the story of the time he was traveling by boat to Taiwan to preach the Gospel. A typhoon struck the boat and they were caught up in the violent storm for twelve hours. 1/4

The authorities thought the boat was lost and even notified his family that there was little chance of survival. However God showed His faithfulness and delivered them all safely to the shores of Taiwan. 2/4

That night at the service my grandpa wept before the Lord and prayed, “Lord, who is going to take over to preach the Gospel? There isn’t anyone to carry on the ministry.” 3/4
