food (fruits, sweets, spices), shapes, colors, plants (floral, herbs, cacti & succulents), anatomy, art (music, also instruments, writing), sound, fire & heat, light, darkness, classes (like bard, wizard, knight, etc), technology, programming, coding & file extensions, human,

textures & stims, space (planets, stars), royalty, zodiac, chemical & traditional elements, spooky (monsters, horror), gems & stones, dream & sleep, existence & non existence based, mysterious, weather & atmosphere related, non/themed aaand i think thats all of the categories

also i didnt include religion and fandoms but thats mostly because i dont like to work with them that much
