✧What I've noticed after working out daily for 3 months, a thread ✧
For starters I primarily focus on my abs, legs/glutes, and my arms, half of my workouts on my own and the other half following youtube videos.
1. I first noticed changes in my thighs about a month into it. They were more toned and muscular, but didn't really get bigger in size.
2. I felt that I gained more muscle in my a$$. Sadly it did not get rid of my hip dips but my a$$ is perkier.
3. The biggest physical change was in my abs. They're much more defined, primarily with the middle and outside lines (you can't really see the individual packs?)
4. My abs felt HARD AS FUCK. Like I thought I was touching my rib at first BUT NO??? I was so worried at first like it genuinely scared me 😭
5. My waist also got a bit smaller but that might just be bc of regular weightloss.
6. My arms unfortunately did not get smaller, but they look more toned and less squishy and feel harder.
7. The muscle connecting my neck and shoulder are too muscular and my neck is thicker than I want to but it's always been like that for me (genetics 😔) so you probably don't have to worry.
8. I've noticed more physical changes from working out than with my weightloss.
9. I don't look as skinny fat anymore, I look more toned.
10. Apart from physical changes, I in general feel stronger with my day to day activities like lifting groceries and at regular practice.
11. My workouts became much easier over time and I find myself easily adding more to it.
12. The main downside is that I'm so scared of missing a day and think that if I skip a day I will gain 20+ pounds and have grown to resent working out now because of it 😃
End of thread! I mainly focused of physical changes, but I might make another thread of how I stayed consistent and tips if you're thinking about doing it too!
