Govt has sealed Kashmir Times daily newspaper's Srinagar office today. It is weeks after its executive editor, @AnuradhaBhasin_, was evicted from a govt residential flat in Jammu. Being a strong voice against curbs on media always, these are tactics to stop such voices.

Media in Kashmir has been facing the most difficult situation post-August 2019, and yet a few of us continue to fight it. In return, govt uses media policy, jails, summons, terror cases, intimidation to stop free press. It is daily battle to sustain freedom of press in Kashmir.

A region where truth has been casualty due to abundant lies, false propaganda, maligning campaigns, it is only free press that plays significant role. @AnuradhaBhasin_ has been a strong pillar of that press and today's action by govt against her is for taking a stand. Shame!
