For doers, good work is an energizer. We should be mindful of how much we commit and talk more about self-care, etc. In most burnt-out stories I have heard, toxic environment and work relations are another MAJOR contributor to burnt-outs. 2/
Instead of burnt out, we felt more like intoxicated, to the level that we cannot work efficiently. We, therefore, need to remove ourselves from such projects to detox. Some of the "toxins" (e.g., distrust) are so bad that they change doers permanently. end/
