HOW TO MULTIPLY YOUR PROFITS FROM YOUR ONLINE FOLLOWING

Making some cash on Twitter, but it's not what you want?

In this thread I'll explain 7 step-by-step methods I use to get guys like @coachjoehart from 3k to $40k+/mo
Joe's far from the only guy I've helped with this of course, as you can see here.

If you don't multiply your profits from this thread, you did something wrong.

LET'S GET THIS BREAD FELLAS
#1 Develop a High ticket offer

Let's start with this.

High ticket is your best way out the Gumroad trap.

It's not a knock on Gumroad, but rather how it's used here. Nobody should be relying on course & eBook sales just to eat.
The answer is to pick up clients with a done-for-you or done-with-you type offer.

Make an offer where you help them get results FASTER.

Don't sell them on "$50/hour" or anything petty.

Sell them on the value of what the PROBLEM you've solved is.
Protip: Solve Big Problems. Fixing a man's marriage is MUCH more valuable than helping him with his "text game"

Not to say "text game" can't be valuable, everyone loves ass, but a broken marriage is VERY painful
#2 Upsell

This is kind of a continuation of the last one.

And your upsell is important, but let me make something clear.

There's no point in these wild ass funnels unless you have one product working first.

So make sure that you have one big seller - then you add onto it.
So let's say you have a low ticket digital product popping.

Have you given them the option to talk to you 1 on 1? Or get group or 1-on-1 monthly coached by you to better provide that result they want?
Any time there's a group of people who badly want information, there will always be a few that will pay more to have the results sped up to them - ESPECIALLY today when people's minds are fucked in a million different directions by all the free info out there.
If pricing is right, you only need a few of these guys to make you  a full time income.

They benefit big because you can give them results way faster.

Remember, people want the end result - and consulting, etc gives it to them way quicker.
#3 Pricing

This won't apply to everyone, but it's an easy win for some.

In MOST cases the most accurate rule of thumb is this: 

If you have a product that's selling very well right now on its own, with no "10 left!" urgency...
And it solves a valuable problem and has testimonials that are carrying it...

This is the best signal to raise your prices.

I suggest you announce before you'll do it. Give them 3 days or so before you raise your prices.
Raise by 25%, 50%, 100%, whatever, and see how it does.  If you're not sure, do smaller (25%ish) increments first.

As long as the demand is there, you will make more $$ and get better customers who want to complete your product.
FYI If you're ever not sure about pricing, it's better to start cheap and raise your prices later than vice versa.
#4 Running better promotions

This "10 left!" shit is getting old. Once in a while, fine.

But if you're going to create urgency, let's try something with a little style.

There are many things I help guys with when I consult them. This is just one.

So try a premium offer.
A premium offer isn't just a price discount, it's usually full priced on your product - but they get something valuable for free.

Ie, a car company markets a promotion for their car. They don't cut the car price in half and tweet about it online with "5 left! 4 left!"
Maybe they'll add free leather seats on top for anyone who buys the car at full price

This creates urgency, but they're still getting a quality customer who can afford their full price

Find promos that work for you and rotate them. This worked great for @wizofecom & many others
#5 Optimizing your Offers

Take your existing (& new) offers and create a clear(er) value proposition.

"This course helps x (market) do y (big benefit) without z (big pain point) by unique mechanism"

This makes a BIG difference because they will know clearly what to expect.
MAKE YOUR OFFERS AROUND THIS VALUE PROP.

I'll emphasize that nobody gives a shit about your course - they just want the result.

You don't want them to guess - you want it crystal clear in their mind how you'll benefit them

We did this for @alexfeinberg1 and look at the result:
Develop that value proposition for your existing products too.

And do everything in your power to make sure it's the best product it can be.

The simple fact is that great products = way easier to sell.

Social proof is way easier to get.

And obviously, it's the most ethical.
#6 Get more Testimonials

Testimonials will make your existing products sell better, and they are literally your most powerful marketing material.

Get them.  Screen cap them bitches. Save em in a folder. 

Then pimp em out liberally.
Try using @hypefury so it's on autopilot (something I'm actually working on now)

You see the testimonials in the beginning of this thread? That's just one way to do it.

To get better testimonials, here's a formula I got from @dennisdemori - who got it from someone else:
1) What was the obstacle or hesitation that would have prevented you from buying?
2) What did you find as a result of going through this product?
3) What SPECIFIC feature did you like most about this course?
4) What would be three other things you really liked about this course?
5) Would you recommend this course? If so, why?

Encourage people to get testimonials with an automated email set up after they buy your products.

Remember that video testimonials are the strongest.
#7 Affiliating better

When I was deepest in the Twitter game, I was crushing affiliate marketing by adding my own course to affiliate offers.

This easily made me $1000s more in sales in a single weekend.
Even when there were multiple affiliates pimping out the exact same offer on the TL....

People specifically told me they hunted down my link just to get my program for free.

The key? Your offer needs to be valuable.
It should be something that they would want to buy on their own!

Even more bonus points when it's related to the affiliate product you're selling and you can create one big idea behind it.
Make them feel like they're taking advantage of YOU and you'll get way more sales this way.

Ideas include: 
- Free phone consultation
- One of your digital programs
Also, you should have a stable of a FEW proven affiliate offers that are worth promoting, you've used and can SUPPORT.

Trust me on the last part, your audience knows when you're being genuine, and you can sell way better when you are
Last, be cool with the guys you affiliate with. Get special discount codes and whatnot so you can run promos on your schedule.

Doing all this right will increase your affiliate sales dramatically, and you can plug them in at any time.
