umm okay summative sya, its supposed to test how much you understood the lesson, okay okay, pero what im trying to ask about is yung instructions hindi ba yun pwede iconsult para malinawan yung student sa instructions

i don't mind waiting for a long time bago makakuha ng response kase lahat naman tayo busy di naman lahat palaging online lalo na teachers, but would it hurt to repond properly sa queries ng students mo?

i double checked my messages and i can vouch for myself na i approached and asked properly and with respect pero why naman ganon

do i have to mention na maraming questions yung iba nyong students na ako na lang ang sumasagot at your place? the last i checked it's not my responsibility to discuss the lessons sa mga classmates ko and kahit sa ibang students na may subject nyo

pero i do it kasi i understand the feeling na wala kang maintindihan and wala kang maabsorb kahit subukan ko, nadedelay na rin ako sa pagsasagot ng ibang subjects para lang makatulong sa ibang nahihirapan

would it be too much of a bother ba kung ako yung may tanong at naisip kong magtanong sa subject teacher? i thought you said wag mahiyang magtanong or magpm kung may tanong at WILLING nyo namang sasagutin

don't get me wrong i appreciate your encouragement lalo na sa students nyo to take a rest to not stress ourselves too much but tbh what we need is a teacher not a therapist we want to learn, motivation is not enough we can't just WANT to do it we have to do it

and not all of us can do it on our own. we need your help pa rin i just hope naiisip nyo yun, we appreciate your efforts, the modules, the passion, the soul na binigay nyo para lang makapagcomply sa new learning modality

but if you really want your students to learn then u understand that that's not where your job ends.

salamat na lang sa lahat, after all di ako naniniwalang pwede kang matuto and makapagcomply at the same time, whatever type of grading system man ang gawin nyo it won't prove anything about a student's true potential
