a much needed thread appreciating taehyung’s beautiful songs because i miss him

i wanna start off with stigma because it really gave an opportunity to prove that taehyung is an incredible vocalist. the way he sings stigma...no one can come close to that raw emotion or passion he pours into it. it’s the type of song i go to when i need to find power/strength

hug me. it’s so underrated and that’s honestly so sad. hug me is the type of song that makes you /feel/something. it’s soft yet powerful in a that words cannot touch. the song itself is so wistful, and vhope oh god they did such an incredible job

4 o’clock. hands down this song never gets old. it brings back a feeling of nostalgia with a touch of bittersweetness. taejoon created a gorgeous masterpiece that touched my heart so deeply. the melody is like the feeling of forever lying awake pining for the person you love.

scenery. hands down one of the most romantic, beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. innocent, like the voice of untainted love that is abysmal. the way taehyung delivers it...only he can do that. taehyung is our scenery because he is our endless passionate love

singularity. it’s the kind of song that you can never get out of your head, because it’s the epitome of raw talent laid to its barest form. it’s like the taste of the richest wine. the way he performed singularity, let me tell you no one literally no none can do it like him

winter bear. this is quite literally one of the only things that can soothe me when i’m crying. when i listen to it my pain melts away because i can feel his comfort. when i feel like no one understands, anxious, alone, winter bear will always be my safe place

its definitely you. taejin slayed in this one. the way i feel so nostalgic whenever i listen. every time it plays my good memories click into place and i’m back where the fields are green and im a kid again... this song is my bittersweet childhood and the longing in my chest

friends. oh god i love this song so much. vmin shared a wholesome story of two friends that were there for each other unconditionally. it literally made me so emotional because i look at them and i can see how much they care for each other. it’s so beautiful

inner child. i sobbed so hard when i read the lyrics for the first time. the song that reminisces the blissful painful childhood but because of that previous pain something beautiful could emerge. the message for me is that every single part of you is beautiful no matter what.

a brand new day. literally vhope and zara slayed ! they created a hopeful, upbeat song that never gets old no matter how many times you listen. simply stunning !!

i am never going to be over sweet night. an soothes me whenever i get anxious or when i cant fall asleep some nights. his vocals here are literally gold. his gorgeous high notes soothing low ones harmonization lyrics oh god the lyrics are STUNNING everything is perfection

also i would have written more but there’s a limit on twitter hehe but i’m planning on doing more of these if anyone doesn’t mind i wanna also mention flying (taehyung theme) its definitely you and sweet nights instrumentals because i study using those all the time !!
