This is no longer a village of 1000 people. If we want to ship our T-shirts internationally, there are a host of companies competing to give you the best deal.

We don’t convert others in the village. We find others on the planet. The people who look at what you do and say:

“This matters to me. The way this business/band/service is being run matters to me.”

Quit trying to shout louder. Say something worth mattering. The sale, the referral, the hire are only the byproduct of truly mattering in a noisy place.
