Both of them lost their mother

Thor lost his father. Levi lost his father figure/ uncle

Thor lost his people and homeland. Levi lost the people he treated as his family and ‘home’

Both of them lost their friends and comrades

Both of them lost their best friend. Thor lost Heimdall, and Levi lost Erwin.

Both of them lost one of their eye

Thor lost his Mjolnir , but gained Stormbreaker. Levi lost his fingers, but gained it back after going to the paths (not yet fully confirmed)

Both of them are very powerful and well-known in their respective universe. Thor as the god of Thunder, and Levi as ‘Humanity’s Strongest Soldier’

Both of them had a vendetta on a certain someone. Thor wants to eradicate Thanos, and Levi wants to kill Zeke.

Thor lost his brother (his last family), Levi lost Hange (his last important person). And both of them can’t do anything to stop their deaths.

Despite after losing everything they ever cared for, and was on the verge on losing hope, both of them kept on fighting to move forward in order to ensure humanity’s freedom.
