It would be great if folks could actually look at why Gov. Schwarzenegger quoted me on Saturday instead of using it as a vehicle for once again being salty about D&D.

But here we are, once again folks using something to grind their axe against D&D. Yeah, it was a fucked up comparison and moment to get Arnold's attention. It's irritating to see folks call Mother Lands "black D&D" while we're here.

It's very much not D&D, or even a D20 system. It's a new story, new system and of note; a fucking amazing crew of Black & POC RPG creatives that I'm honored to work with. We're building something pretty cool, but once again folks just go RPG? Must be D&D?!

I'm not even ragging on D&D. I am under contract to WotC. Rivals is a partnered show to them. I'm a semi-pro DM & Player. A good chunk of my income now comes from RPG content, writing & creation. But it's frustrating to see folks reduce the work to D&D but Black.

While we're here, the same folks who will holler loud and long about supporting POC work, but have a whole personality & brand built on hating the big dog in the game? Where y'all at in chat, retweeting, sharing and supporting the POC you claim to uplift?

Lemme be blunt, if you ain't supporting Black & POC creators? Take that BLM out ya profile name. Stop hopping in threads to loudly yell about how we should support but when it's showtime? Y'all silent and not in chat, not a RT of a show going live or congrats are to be seen.

This goes for everybody, cause some skinfolk ain't shit either. Y'all prove daily the old saying about skinfolk ain't kinfolk. But it goes especially for the self named allies that wanna stay in the threads, and call outs but can't do the actual uplifting.

Oh and if you get in your feelings from this thread? Maybe look up the phrase hit dogs holler. Cause if I ain't call your name specifically? I ain't talking about you; but those of you who know this thread applies? That's a you problem. Walk that walk, not just talk.
