Thread about Martin Tripp and his recent threats and doxxing: When I first read this email from Martin Tripp I thought it was doctored. Who would think to send such an extreme email full of physical threats to anyone, I thought. Sure enough, Tripp himself posted the
email on his website. This is also the individual who has fired his legal counsel and is now pro se against Tesla. My intent is not to take issue with being represented by a legal professional versus self-representing but rather the combative, threatening approach he has taken
since leaving Tesla. His mission appears to have devolved from exercising his legal right to defend himself to personal vendettas. This is not only seen in his direct/indirect communication to Tesla exhibited on his website, but now to targeting individuals who
support the company. The targeting has moved from juvenile insults to the explicit sharing of personal information without consent. And for what purpose? Martin says about one individual without evidence to support his accusation, "She has made MANY false allegations against me,
as well as posted numerous tweets and responses to her fellow incels, TRYING to humiliate me." To date, Martin has exposed details that were not widely available like this person's last name, age, husband, number of children, city of residence, and religious beliefs. It appears
Martin's vendetta has ballooned into all-out intentional stalking, and threats of stalking individual supporters of the Tesla community. This is wrong on so many levels. To be clear, I welcome respectful debate and the expression of differing opinions. However, threats,
stalking, and revealing personal information is unacceptable. I would encourage anyone to exercise any and all peaceful and legal means to push back against this behavior. As for Tripp, I hope that he can seek the mental and legal support it appears he is in desperate need of.
