Tuesday last week, I lost service. Wednesday a technician came and fell off the ladder, and nearly died. And I did not get my cable fixed. @OptimumHelp
Then I had an appointment scheduled for Friday afternoon. And because it was raining, they cancelled. Then I was rescheduled for Saturday. Saturday comes, and no one shows up because apparently my appointment was not in the system @OptimumHelp
Now today is Sunday. I was guaranteed a technician was going to come from 10am-8pm. No one has shown up. Customer service tells me the next available appointment is this Wednesday. Which means a whole week without service @OptimumHelp
As someone who has been a customer for 28 years, I’m highly dissatisfied and you can respectfully suck a dick @optimum @OptimumHelp
There is conveniently never a manager or supervisor available when I’m asking for help. Clearly it is out of the representatives hands. I’m sick of this @optimum @OptimumHelp
So now the technician that was scheduled to come today cancelled my appointment which means no one is coming today. I call customer service to cancel my account cause I’m fed up and KENNY tells me he’s going to transfer me and hangs up my call @OptimumHelp @optimum
I spoke with Kei the Retention supervisor and he guaranteed 100% that someone is going to come tomorrow from 11am-2pm. They don’t want me to cancel since I’ve been with them since 1992. Let’s see. Will keep you guys updated
