I'll say it again. This is NOT the stage of pandemic for small business to be the focus unless they are making masks and ventilators.

And speaking in support of restrictions. Which most do. The news coverage is very distorting.
The focus right now needs to be on what's happening in hospitals.

*And what we're doing or not doing to support them. And to prevent more infections.*

And always the stories of the most vulnerable: elderly, the disabled, the poor and starving, underlying conditions.
Campaigns to support business? No!

Unless it's pandemic related.

*Not now.*

That comes AFTER the wave.

Ie) the Stones concert to help business was AFTER the outbreak, not DURING.
It was absurd last night listening to the local newscasts.

They were talking about public appeal campaigns for supporting business. And plans for Christmas shopping to support business.

I mean, WHOA.

WHOA. Slow it down.

Think about where we are right now?
The only public appeal campaigns now should be for supporting health workers, sick and dying, and their families.

For the elderly.

For people grieving in shock.

They need our support!
And essential workers in grocery stores.

And the safety of students, teachers, and their families.

That's important right now too.

See how many things are more important and URGENT than business right now?

The list of priorities they need to take a backseat to is long.
You gotta blame Ford for this too.

He's led the charge focused on the wrong things at the wrong time!

Bur media and the public follow suit.

We got to push back.

BTW if you talk to small business, bet a lot agree. I don't think they're happy being the focus either!
Some of them have even said that! Listen carefully to some of the interviews.

Small business understands this isn't the right time.

It's the politicians who don't get it.
