Lean Mass Hyper-Responder logic time! And time for my own cholesterol challenge!

LDL-C is clearly context dependent. If you are a lean mass hyper-responder and have high HDL over 50, and low TGY under 100, LDL-C doesn't cause CVD, as we can see here:
Also, high blood pressure (hypertension) is clearly context dependent too! If you are a lean mass hyper-responder and have high HDL over 50, and low TGY under 100, hypertension doesn't cause CVD, as we can see here:
Also, physical activity is clearly context dependent. If you are a lean mass hyper-responder and have high HDL over 50, and low TGY under 100, physical activity or exercise does not protect you from CVD, and it may even be better to be a couch potato as we can see here:
Also, smoking is clearly context dependent. If you are a lean mass hyper-responder and have have high HDL over 50, and low TGY under 100, smoking doesn't really increase your risk of CVD Absolute risk: ~4% vs ~5% P=0.5 by medcalc RR calculator (manually calculated).
So here's my challenge: can anyone show me a prospective cohort where EVERY PERSON (not just average values, lol) in the cohort or subgroup have TGY levels under 100, HDL over 50, and hypertension, smoking, and exercise are things that actually change risk of CVD? You can't HA!
