UPDATE: Situation resolved peacefully by Negotiators. Suspect in custody. No injuries.
The on-scene incident Commander Patricia Casey, Cmdr. Sean Loughran, Cmdr. Jill Stevens and Negotiators will address the media regarding this incident in 20 minutes in front of the Trump Hotel on Wabash.
