Today, I joined a health hero, @adriandix to announce the @bcndp commitment to build a new St.PaulsHospital near PacificCentralStation. The NDP has a plan to build a new St.PaulsHospital that will serve more people and offer better access to the specialized care people need.
This hospital is long overdue. Sam Sullivan and the BC Liberals had a decade and a half to get the hospital built and they didn’t.
Sam Sullivan is running a divisive campaign meant to increase people’s fears. Sam is taking some of the hardest issues of the public health emergency issues around the overdose crisis and using them for partisan gain.
The @bcndp has a different approach. @jjhorgan believes in investing in services that bring people closer together, not further apart, and the new St. Pauls Hospital will do just that, it will serve as a community hub that will bring life into the community.
This is a critical moment. Elections matter. And for St. Paul's, the fact that the NDP took office after the last election made all the difference. I’ll make sure the hospital gets built. From the first shovel in the ground to the first patient through the door. 5/5
