Last week I tracked a part of my journey on here re: mental wellbeing. It inspired some people to reached to me, wanting to do the same. That inspired me to track record some of my physical wellbeing journey too.

I'm starting a 6 week journey today.

I'm a big dude, and my focus isn't on losing weight. My focus is on taking care of my body and of my mind, knowing that whatever results I/we see is a result of that self care.
I'll be tracking each day of this thread.

It could be something I learnt, a progress report, me admitting to having a big mac or ten lol
