No USA partner has been given exemption approval YET that I know of. We need media help to make this happen - reunite this couple so that a father can witness the birth of his child. Please help.
This couple applied for their extended family exemption on the first day they could - Oct 8th. But radio silence from IRCC has left Samantha worried that she will have to endure labour alone. CBSA told her partner he wouldn’t be allowed in until after child is born.
He has a 21+ hour commute to get to her in Canada. He cannot just take a risk at the border. She cannot fly into the USA because she’s too pregnant, and has no health coverage there. She needs Canada’s help.
