Most of the Judicial Panels of Inquiry will be inaugurated this week and thereafter calls for submission of petitions will be made. Time is of the essence; just sit down and do the following:
Draft a statement of SARS brutality, stating:
1) Your name, address and telephone number;
2) Date of arrest, officers involved and police station were detained;
3) What offence you were arrested for;
4) If you were interrogated and who did? Was torture involved?
