The issue is that the Post have not described any process by which they satisfactorily authenticated the information. Needless to say that if they had described a plausible custody chain and a process of authentication for that information they wouldn't have copped a ban. (I don't agree with the ban, I think that social media companies should have just applied a click-through flag)
