In just three years the SPLC leadership went from being two-thirds Jewish to being 50% black and 0% Jewish.

There is current an intellectual and demographic shift happening on the Left. Progressive-but-pragmatic old Jewish guys are being replaced by more extreme POC/blacks.

You saw the same feuding demographics in those open letters about "cancel culture" earlier this year.

The anti cancel culture letter was like 50% Jewish, and average age was >65. Noam Chomsky types.

The pro cancel culture letter was <10% Jewish, way younger, way more POC.

It's true that Jews tend to be left-leaning, but most aren't radicals like they were in the 1960s.

Jews today are largely in favor of establishment politics, working within the system, Western liberalism, and meritocracy (to a point).

Young black people ain't buying that.

Some young leftist Jews recognize the sand shifting beneath them, and have tried to adapt.

You get people like @EgSophie and @elivalley being extra anti-Israel and self-flagellating in the hopes of staying in the good graces of the POC left, but I'm skeptical about it working.

They try to shift skepticism of Jews and of Israel on the Left into something more kosher and anti-white. They'll say stuff like, "Not all Jews support Israel!" or "Israel is a white settler state!" They'll downplay black-on-Jewish crime, and overstate "white supremacist terror."

The goal of all this stuff is to maintain the current system, where Jews are seen as victims, just like POC are, of evil whitey.

Leftist Jews aren't really doing the "fellow white people" bit anymore. Rather, they're now going for "fellow oppressed minorities" instead.

But the Jewish attempt to maintain the good graces of POC is going to fail, for three reasons:

1. Most Jews will never be anti-Israel, even if it's necessary to appease POC
2. Most POC will never stop seeing Jews as rich white people
3. Jews are materially much better off

This thread became a lot longer than intended, but the point is that the Left is shifting from a bunch of 130 IQ liberal Jews to 105 IQ leftist blacks. This is good for us, bad for the intellectual power of the Left, and definitely very bad for Jews. Fun area to watch.
