Number 1. One Piece the GOAT storytelling https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="💯" title="Hundert Punkte Symbol" aria-label="Emoji: Hundert Punkte Symbol">This wasn’t on my list a few months ago because I used to complain about the length but it was than worth it. Luffy is a goat MC who faces real challenges without plot armor and his crews growth/journey the best
Number 2. Death note which hooks from the jump. If you like to think or psychological thrillers this is that anime. Light one of my fav anime characters is in a way the protagonist an antagonist of the story. His journey to “save the world” is a great one
Number 3. FMB is one of the best story’s of all time not just anime . Episode one you get introduced into this world of equivalent exchange in the cost of making the wrong choices. The brothers are beyond compelling and the mystery of it only get deeper.
Number 4. Attack on Titan is a world where humans live behind walls to protect themselves from titans. Oh how much more there is. The animation in this show is next level and the mystery of where these creatures come from will have you itching for more.
Number 5. Mob Psycho 100 is a story of a young middle schooler with psychic powers. What makes this more interesting is how it is determined by his emotions at any time. A+ animation and every character is very well written.
Number 6. Yu Yu hakusho is an old school anime.This follows the story of Yusuke after being killed trying to save a child becomes a sport detective and thrust into a huge world he doesn’t understand. But this has one of the legendary teams in all of anime.
Number 7. Parasyte is definitely a psychological anime. The main character goes through alot the first few eps you will purely keep watching to see how he makes it mentally. This world has been attacked by parasites who taken over our main character brain is still intact somehow.
Number 8. Death Parade is the afterlife but more. After death humans are sent to be reincarnated or to the void. A man named Decim has the people who arrive play a death game slowly gaining there memories back and judging there character. Truly a mind boggling anime. (Ep 1 scene)
Number 9. Cowboy Bebop is another oldie but a goodie. Who doesn’t love a traveling space cowboy going on adventures. Also ps he is a bounty hunter. The fighting style in this anime is movie level sometimes.
10. Erased keeps the tread of psychological anime going. The beginning and the end both perfect. A mystery that keeps you engaged and second guessing at ever clue. The vid I have is a trailer cause it’s so good.
11. Vinland Saga is a new gen anime that lives up to the hype. You follow Thorfinn and his journey from a kid with one goal of revenge. With a A+ antagonist who makes you question who’s really right. Animation and fights also are a chefs kiss part of this show.
12. Classroom assassination starts off as an anime with a really weird idea and concept that grows on you throughout the second half of the first season and second season to a really sad but compelling story. Also very funny anime.
13. NARUTOOhttps://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="‼️" title="Doppeltes Ausrufezeichen" aria-label="Emoji: Doppeltes Ausrufezeichen">( shippuden) Despite all the slander I couldn’t keep it off my list. This being one of the first anime I watched I followed it all the way if you are determined to watch 300+eps you will truly enjoy the epic story this anime brings you on!
14. My Hero is one of the best main stream anime rn that deserves it respect . An MC who has his journey from zero to hero is elite idc. In a world where 90% of people have a ability this will forsho leave you entertained and wanting more everyday.
15. Your lie in April May seem out of placed but it’s here rightfully so. A boy losing his passion to play the piano after the death of his mom is thrust back into music after this girl( who likes his friend) forces him to find joy again. YOU WILL CRY!
16. Akame ga kill is a master piece. A kid in a quest to get money for his dying village joins a group of assassins who despite being the most wanted are the hero’s of this story. Don’t watch this alone. 17. Norgami is the story of a God who is trying to change his ways but he really really sucks at his job. People don’t fear or believe in him no more. Until he gets involved with this human girl. Very light toned anime.
18. Hunter x Hunter is another long one so look forward to this journey. From where it begins and where it concludes the power scaling of our characters is crazy. Killua is also one of the best characters in anime.
19. Angel Beats surprisly has nothing to do with music. All you need to know is this is the afterlife and everyone is dead. A funny but deep anime takes place as the main character makes it his goal to help everyone pass on.
20. Devilman crybaby has an unique art style which is elite . Shit goes from oh that sucks to damn that really sucks to omfg the world is ending. The main characters keep the story compelling to where their lives matter more than everything. R rating tho.
21. Inuyasha one of the first anime I’ve watched and it still bangs. Following a human girl in the wrong world and a half demon wanting all the power in the world. Their story grows while they travel together collecting magical shards. 22. Blue Exorcist is about a boy who’s half demon but not by just any demon the devil. His brother is a upcoming exorcist which spoiler what he goes to school for.
23. Tokyo Ghoul has one of the best 1st seasons of an anime ever. This kid has an unfortunate situation just go from worst to worst. Ghouls are “vampires” of this world and he is the first one eyed ghoul. 24. Promised Neverland this could be wayyyy higher on my list if I’m being honest. The first episode will have you confused on like wth am I watching them the ending starts you on a journey of mystery and escape.
