Rabi ul-Awwal - The Month that Mercy was Born
Prophet Muhammad (sa) was born in Rabi ul-Awwal, the third month of the Islamic calendar. In All the Shia Husseiniyyas around the world the Black Flag of mourning will drop and the Flag of celebration will go up.

On a final note, as Muslims celebrate the Birth Anniversary of the Best of Creation, building the bridge of unity not only among Muslims but with our Christian brothers and sisters is important.
