I’ve had some people in my dms and replies asking about the posting of screenshots and screen capturing. As someone who has been around kpop for a long time, this paranoia always comes with rookie fandoms. Almost everything says “it’s illegal to share this content”. Even at
concerts, they will announce that filming or taking pictures is prohibited, but everyone still has their phones out the entire time and no one does anything. The only ones who *sometimes* get in trouble are the ones who sneak in cameras with detachable lenses.
Content from vlive in general is “not suppose to” be posted on the internet under 5.3 in the terms of use. It’s a bit weird how some of y’all only pay attention to stuff like that at certain times.
I paid for the concert and i didn’t post any full videos. I tried screen recording once and when it told me this, I didn’t go any further. I didn’t try to stream it illegally.
I would also like to point out that there was a certain fanbase that said that fan call videos were not allowed to be posted either and y’all came after me then too when most of stan twitter is made up of fan call video experiences right now
Please don’t use this to go after the people saying to take them down either. They are trying to do the right thing because they are afraid and probably don’t have experience with these events before.
Like I said with the fan call videos, if someone directly linked to the concert contacts me and tells me to take down everything, I will gladly do it
If you look at the other fandoms that performed right now, everyone is just celebrating their groups and the great time they are having, but instead some of y’all are trying to argue and put down that excitement over photos
I was going to end that there, but I would also like to remind y’all that the fandom grows from people sharing content on social media. I’ve had several people dm me asking who Asahi is on my personal account because of a video of him speaking Japanese in his black hair tonight
