thread on why i think diana cavendish is autistic:

1) most of the time her eyes are closed, especially when she's talking or being talked to (easier to process verbal information when visual factors don't distract you)

2) hyperfixated on school and magic (andrew mentioned she was obsessed with sorcery, and often autistic people have that one field they're especially good at)

3) bad at socialization (she basically only has two friends with whom she's not even talking that much and most of her conversations with others only happened due to necessity)

4) hyper-aware of awkwardness (always has to be perfect not to feel awkward + after being stung by a cupid-bee and telling akko she loves her, she ran away saying she's embarassed; andrew was in the same situation, yet he was pretty confident around akko and wanted to kiss her)

5) doesn't understand jokes (when akko, sucy and lotte were performing at the samhain festival, everyone was laughing, but diana seemed concerned and even worried all the time)

6) a very pretty, but also a very monotone voice.

7) i heard that autistic people are often being called VERY mature for their age when they're young.
