To create a new habit, find one that only takes less than two minutes to do.

In the beginning, two minutes is concise, but once you establish the habit process, you can improve your habit!

➡️ Let’s say that you want to create a daily programming habit

Examples:
• Sit down in front of your computer and open your code editor
• Prepare a coffee and open your next programming lesson

The idea here is to create a very short habit to start an action.

➡️ Nobody does something for only two minutes

By defining short goals like:
• I will code one line per day
• I will watch one coding lesson per day

Here, you trigger your habit, and you will do more than it. If you start, you will code more than just one line.
