@AskNationwide customer for 10yrs, saved 15% deposit for dream flat in 7oaks, got cladding fire report completed in under 3mos during pandemic & submitted all docs 8 DAYS before my mortgage deadline, for you to say that it will fall through because it takes you 9 DAYS TO REVIEW
Never been told previously to submit docs before deadline. Defeats the point of a deadline otherwise? Shocking way to treat a customer of 10 years. If unresolved, I will be closing my current with you. Anyone we spoke to on the phone was less than unhelpful also. Disgusting.
@MartinSLewis hello Martin! I’m not sure how much of this thread you can see, but @AskNationwide has been very unhelpful, on twitter and over the phone. Any advice on what I can do?
