Despite the current uncertainties of life, I still feel it's important that we have a routine and plan what we are going to do each day of the week. I do find that it does help to have some something to look forward to each day.
For some of us, we have seen the demand for our services reduced and others, have been faced with redundancy, unemployment, and this has had an impact on our finances and created unforeseen challenges, set backs and interruption to our daily lives.
Their are so many things that we can't control right now, so the best I try to do especially every sunday is to plan what I am going to do each day with the belief that whatever the week unfolds I can handle it, and even if I face set back, like I did last thursday, I remind…
…myself that its ok not to be as it is part of life. I was so upset on the thursday, that I did not work on friday and just took the time to practise some much needed self care.
You also have to remember that even though we have plans for the week, we need to be flexible to adjust when things do not go according to plans.
I now share with you some of the things I now do every sunday evening to prepare me for the coming week. I hope you find them useful. Please feel free to comment and share your tips too.

GRATITUDE

I  start and end  each day by writing down at least 3 things I am grateful  for
I Know what my priorities are for the week
I have planned what I am doing every day of the week
I have visualised having a good day every week based on my plans
If things get a bit overwhelming, I remind myself that it's ok not to be ok.
I slot in time to stop and do the One Minute Smilence throughout my day.
