Collective Responsibility
I'm a Frank advocate & hence I'm biased. But I've always been a club-first fan, despite my affinity for Frank.

Mental fragility
While it takes time for the players to gel & be available, it's also appropriate to ask why their concentration remains frail.
Individual errors continue to hurt Frank, but he also needs to help instil stronger resilience during periods of stress (3/6)

Perspective
The Blues were excellent against Palace, including defensively. As Silva & Mendy weren't present for Southampton, this has an effect on the strength of the back 5. Not excuses, but contextually relevant. This is similar with Livo not having VVD & Alison (4/6)

Need to grind these out
Despite who wasn't available, we were good enough to have won with who we did have.
We had some scintillating passages of play and goals, but equally we had some detrimental ones in defence which are unacceptable, and cost us dearly (5/6)

It's a long-term game
We knew when Frank arrived that it was a multi-year plan. Even now with the big investments. Having said that, we have a fair expectation to see progress & improvement.
Despite the topsy-turvy form, I remain confident we will shine soon
