@iinet I am at my wits end. I have been with you guys for almost a decade and have stayed patient throughout. The last month has been atrocious with disconnects and speeds and yet every time I call support I have to suffer the gauntlet of basic troubleshooting every single time.
It is never a problem on my end, its not my modem, its not my lines , its always at the node. Can I please, PLEASE, have my issues fixed without your support hanging up on me or trying to call me when I say I will be unavailable by phone.
You keep sending me reminders that I have a bill due on the 30th. Here is your reminder that I really dont get the service I pay for to begin with. Please, work with me here, not against me. I like your product and dont wish to go with someone else.
