I ordered a phone in exchange. I have been trying with the delivery agent since last 1 hr to finish the process. Entered correct OTP, customer care is not even aware of the process and giving random suggestions

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp As per your instructions, i formatted my phone. Now I don't have access to any of my old apps/phone/contacts. Customer care is rude in resolving the issue.
Really poor service, highlighting that even your staff/care is not aware of the process
@AmazonHelp Please tell me how can i manage without my data on the phone, or should I spend the whole day in setting up my phone and then do it again tomorrow and day after tomorrow because of faults and mistakes in your process flow
