[Notice #1]
Akai Haato and Kiryu Coco will return on Mon, Oct. 19. Please let us explain, with the following tweets, the events so far and the measures our company is taking in light of these events.
[Notice #2]
We had laid out written guidelines regarding appropriate speech for our talents. However, we failed to give them periodic reminders and concrete examples as to what constitutes appropriate speech.
[Notice #3]
The issue regarding Akai Haato’s statement was promptly handled after her stream, but its details were not immediately disseminated to the talents. This led to the same issue happening on Kiryu Coco’s stream the following morning.
[Notice #4]
The successive order and short time frame between these issues led to the misunderstanding of being an intended stance by the talents. We apologize for this lack of oversight, and are taking steps to ensure our talents are promptly informed of any issues that arise.
[Notice #5]
Furthermore, in relation to leaks in confidential information, and with the defamation and malicious threats being reported to us, we are taking additional steps to secure the safety of our talents.
[Notice #6]
As per our previous statement, we have also formed a Compliance Committee to focus our efforts on improving our guidelines. With this, we will do our best to maintain a healthy environment for our talents and fans to interact. We hope for your continued support.
