Yesterday (17/10/2020) I received this smartphone at around 12PM and have noticed this issue by 1PM then I updated this issue on your customer service portal they asked me to troubleshoot this and still after 40 Mins long call they said call us after 24hrs

On my birthday day I spent more then 3hrs with @flipkartsupport 
and explained them the issue all I asked was replacement asap but after spending so many hrs they replied go to service center and get it fixed as it is under warranty

Or they said they can arrange a @LGIndia technician visit by 21th& he will check the issue & get it fixed but my question is if it's a hardware defect & I intimated you guys within 60 mins of opening the box then why can't you simply replace it as it's a manufacturing defect(4/5)
Now Look at these pictures these have been clicked from stock camera app from front camera and you can see they are completely un focusd and blurry and strangely it focuses the background I really don't know why (5/5)

He refused to replace or return as per him camera is ok

Seriously like seriously your technician said camera clicks photo toh it's working and not a defect but what about the focus issue and now u just cancelled my replacement / return request !
