Advice requested, #NEISvoid. It takes superhuman strength to get out of bed in the morning. I don't get restful sleep, because POTS/fibro/etc. Would like advice on the being asleep and getting up phases (not the going to bed phase, I am pretty good at that stuff).
I use a buckwheat pillow and a @MantaSleep mask (pls PLS start selling these from the UK). Weighted Blanket doesn't work super well for me in the night. I have a body pillow but am researching other possibilities to elevate legs.
I wake up a LOT in the night. My SPO2 sometimes drops to 80%. I often wake up shaking in the morning. My partner brings me tea and oat biscuits, she is the best. I am persistently exhausted in the day, vyvanse is the only thing that helps. When I don't take it, I sleep all day.
I've tried meditation, pls don't recommend it. My ADHD brain can't stand it. I've tried melatonin, it didn't help. Seems like my body has problems getting RID of the melatonin. Have tried wake up lamp s, they make the morning feel like foreboding.
Current theories are that I'm not getting enough oxygen and I'm having way too much sympathetic activation in the night. Thank you for reading
