are there any anti-depressants out there that don’t have awful side effects. I feel like I’ve tried everything and they all just suck in their own ways. it’s exhausting

i recently got put on lexapro and i hate the way it makes me feel. i can feel the apathy and lethargy sinking in and replacing the other overwhelming feelings, but honestly? it’s just another type of awful really. plbbbbt :)

the only thing that’s really helped me and continued to make me feel like myself was effexor, but if you’ve ever taken it then you understand why I got off it and refuse to go back. the trial and error of it all is lame
